Life Skills
Adolescence is a period of risk-taking, experimentation, and greater vulnerability due to rapid psychosocial maturation and physiological changes. At this stage of life, young people are prone to negative peer pressure and poor decision-making. At Quan’s House, we strive to help deal effectively with these challenges, develop positive and adaptive behaviors and attitudes, and live out their dreams. We offer comprehensive life skill training to allow them to come with managing their lives in a productive, responsible, and healthy manner. Our training includes household management, health and hygiene, self-care practices, and meal planning and preparation.

Employment Skills
We understand that being employed is first step towards living and sustaining self-sufficient adulthood. At Quan's House, we offer employment skills to help teenagers improve their performance, enhance collaboration with co-workers, and establish long-lasting relationships with managers, supervisors, peers and subordinates. We educate them on how to minimize errors, make better decisions, raise their salaries, and, above all, realize their career dreams. These employment skills are essential for the current and future work environment. They include time management, job-searching, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

Community Networking
Technology has revolutionized the way people connect in the contemporary world. However, there is a wide socialization and networking gap among young people. Most of them hopelessly devote their free time to social media platforms or engage in online gaming in the comfort of their homes. They end up being unsocial teenagers struggling with isolation and other mental issues. Since our inception, we have focused on finding the best ways to raise teenagers' online and offline social skills. We offer a spectrum of community networking activities, including group recreational sessions and social enhancement training. We teach them about different ways they can contribute to their social well-being. We boost their confidence and ability to exchange ideas and help them create good networks that can lead to personal and professional growth.
